Question: How Can I Access the App Store on a PC?

Now that Apple has removed the App store from iTunes, how can I access the App store from my PC? I realize that I can access it from my phone, but I prefer to browse from my PC.

Thank you.

Thank you for that information which I may use for a time. However I suspect that at some time using 12.6 will no longer be a real option unfortunately.
