Question: How Can I Access the App Store on a PC?

Now that Apple has removed the App store from iTunes, how can I access the App store from my PC? I realize that I can access it from my phone, but I prefer to browse from my PC.

App Store Downloads on iTunes allows you to browse, but not purchase.
